Went in looking for a car after a nasty divorce with my children’s father and let’s just say from the moment I walked end up until i drove off was EXCELLENT! James Ridley WAS FANTASTIC! Answered every question and was completely honest with me being my credit is not where I would like it to be! The gentleman made me feel sincere and welcomed by far! Definitely will be getting my kids back to him for their first vehicle.

I have been in the middle of moving so while we are snowed in I’m finally getting some things done. Now I’m the type of woman who leaves reviews, calls corporate, the WHOLE NINE! What I can say about big city cars is that they seem like a big blended family! Lbvs! The fellow that helped my grandmother James WAS A DELIGHT! Very funny and outgoing guy! He was determined to get her in a car and he did just that! I would give hime ten stars if I could because mind you my granny is hard to satisfy very hard and the way he had her chucking was beyond me because i never seen that side! Big kudos to that guy!

This is by far the best experience I've ever had buying a car. From the start to finish there was no pressure and they let us ask them about I'm pretty sure about every car on the lot. We test drove multiple cars and they just kept coming with keys and a smile. I will never buy another car from any other dealership. I told him that I would like to come in and simply pay on the spot, so he showed me my options and every car on the lot was a beauty! I think I was in and driving out all in about an hour.
